# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • You get all the satisfaction of pizza night without the heavy carb crash that usually follows
  • The crust actually holds up better than most cauliflower versions Ive tried
  • Its packed with protein so a single slice keeps you satisfied for hours
02 -
  • Squeeze as much moisture as possible from the chopped broccoli before mixing, or your crust will be soggy instead of crisp
  • The crust must be completely firm and golden before adding toppings, or it will fall apart when you try to slice it
  • Let the pizza cool for at least 5 minutes before cutting to give the cheese time to set slightly
03 -
  • A pizza stone makes a noticeably crispier crust, but a rimmed baking sheet works perfectly fine
  • If the crust feels too wet to shape, mix in another tablespoon of shredded cheese
