# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • Everything tastes better when its wrapped in a tortilla and you can eat it with your hands.
  • The green goddess dressing is so good youll want to put it on everything from salads to roasted vegetables.
  • It feels indulgent but actually fuels you properly, no afternoon crash included.
  • You can prep the components ahead and assemble wraps in under five minutes when hunger strikes.
02 -
  • Do not overfill the wraps or they will split when you try to roll them, I learned this the hard way with avocado all over my counter.
  • The dressing thickens in the fridge, so if you make it ahead, stir in a teaspoon of water or lemon juice to loosen it up before using.
  • Warming the tortillas is not optional, cold tortillas crack and ruin the whole experience.
03 -
  • If your blender struggles with the herbs, add the olive oil first to help everything move around.
  • Use kitchen shears to snip the chives and parsley directly into the blender, it saves time and a cutting board.
  • Roll the wraps as tight as you can without tearing the tortilla, a loose wrap falls apart halfway through eating.
