07 - 1 clove garlic, minced
08 - 0.25 teaspoon salt
09 - 0.25 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
10 - Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)

11 - 8 slices sourdough bread
12 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
13 - 100 g shredded mozzarella cheese (for layering)
14 - 50 g shredded cheddar cheese (for layering)

# How to Make It:

01 - In a medium bowl, blend cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes until smooth.
02 - Fold in chopped spinach and artichoke hearts until evenly combined.
03 - Arrange sourdough slices and spread a generous layer of the spinach artichoke mixture on four slices. Top each with additional mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
04 - Place the remaining four slices of bread atop the prepared slices to complete the sandwiches.
05 - Apply softened butter evenly to the outside of each sandwich.
06 - Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and cook sandwiches 3 to 4 minutes per side, pressing gently, until golden brown and cheese is thoroughly melted.
07 - Remove sandwiches from heat, allow to rest for 1 to 2 minutes before slicing and serving warm.
