# How to Make It:
01 - Preheat oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

03 - Add egg and vanilla extract to the creamed mixture and mix until fully combined.
04 - Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, mixing just until incorporated.
05 - Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough and roll into balls. Place 2 inches apart on baking sheets and flatten slightly with hand or glass bottom.
06 - Bake for 9 to 11 minutes until edges are lightly golden. Cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
07 - Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract in a small bowl until smooth. Optionally divide and add food coloring.
